                   In pursuance of a Resolution made in the office chamber of Hon’ble Minister of Sate, Excise & Narcotics Department etc. on 23.10.2025, Selection Committee is hereby constituted to look into and make recommendation on the matters relating to granting of Licences for Winery, Brewery, Stockist etc under the Mizoram Liquor (Prohibition) Act, 2019. 

 

                        Members of the Selection Committee are as follows:-

                   1)       Chairman       :         Commissioner of Excise & Narcotics

                   2)       2 (two) members from Excise & Narcotics Department

                   3)       Members from the following Departments:-

i) Director, Horticulture Department or his representatives

ii)  Director, Trade & Commerce & Industries Department, or his representatives

iii) Member from Mizoram State Policy Coordination Committee (MSPCC)

iv) Joint Director, Food & Drugs Administration, H&FW Dept or his representatives

 

                   4)       Pu Joseph L. Ralte

                   5)       Pu Francis Lalmalsawma Sailo

                   6)       Dr. Baby Zaithanpuii, Asst. Professor, MZU

                   In continuation of this Office Memo No. No. C.31030/1/2024 – COMEX, Dt. 28.11.2025, the undersigned hereby appointed Chief Executive Officer, Mizoram Bana Kaih (Handholding) Scheme in lieu of Member from Mizoram State Policy Coordination Committee (MSPCC) as one of its member for Selection Committee to look into and make recommendation on the matters relating to granting of Licences for Winery, Brewery, Stockist etc under the Mizoram Liquor (Prohibition) Act, 2019.
