 OFFICE ORDER

                    On the recommendation of Departmental Promotion Committee and in the interest of Public Service C.Sangluaia, Constable of Excise & Narcotics is hereby promoted to the post of Assistant Sub-Inspector of Excise & Narcotics at Level-6 in the pay Matrix (`35400 - `78800/-) p.m. plus usual allowance as admissible under rules with effect from the date of joining to the post 

                   Consequent upon his promotion, C.Sangluaia is posted to the Office of the Assistant Commissioner of Excise & Narcotics, Aizawl District, Aizawl.

               This issue with the approval of DP&AR (ARW) vide their I.D. No. ARW/EXC-3/2024-2025/D-65 dt.04.06.2024 and concurrence of Finance Deptt. (E) vide their I.D .No. FIN ( E ) E&N/ 189/2024 dt.19.06.2024.

              The initial pay in the higher grade should be fixed under FR 22 read with clarification there under Mizoram (Revision of Pay) Rules, 2018.
