ORDER
On
the recommendation of Departmental Promotion Committee and in the interest of
Public Service H/C 122 Kaphranga is hereby promoted to the
post of Assistant Sub-Inspector of Excise & Narcotics in the pay of Level-6
of the pay Matrix Rs.35400-Rs.78800/- p.m. plus usual allowance as admissible
under rules with effect from the date of his joining to the post.
On his
promotion Pu. Kaphranga is posted in the Office of the Commissionerate of
Excise & Narcotics ,ANS Mizoram,Aizawl.
This issue with
the approval of the Govt. conveyed vide.No.A.12031/5/2018-EXC dt.26.07.2018
with the approval of DP&AR (ARW)/EXC vide their I.D. No. ARW/EXC
5/2018-2019/D-74 dt.18 .06. 2018 and Concurrence of Finance Dept. (E) vide I.D.
No. FIN (E) 224/2018 dt.12.07.2018
The
initial pay in the higher grade should be fixed under FR 22 read with
clarification there under Mizoram (Revision of Pay) Rules, 2018.
