OFFICE ORDER

In exercise of the power conferred by Section 4A of the Mizoram Liquor (Prohibition) Amendment Act, 2025 and as per instructions of the Election Commission of India, the undersigned hereby declares Dry Days for the whole of 2-Dampa(ST) Assembly Constituency w.e.f. 4:00 PM of 09.11.2025 to 4:00 PM of 11.11.2025 (i.e. 48 hours, immediately preceding the hours fixed for conclusion of Poll Day) and shall includes re-poll day, if any and on 14.11.2025 (the date on which Counting of votes is to be taken up) on account of Bye-Election to 2-Dampa(ST) Assembly Constituency during which sale and consumption of any intoxicating liquor or wine shall be prohibited in the said areas.
