OFFICE ORDER

In supersession of this office order dated 3rd November, 2023 and in exercise of the power conferred by Rule 5 of the Mizoram Liquor (Prohibition) Rules, 2022, the undersigned hereby declares 4.12.2023 (counting Day) as Dry Day for the whole of Mizoram State till completion of counting process as per instruction of the Election Commission of India on account of General Election to Mizoram Legislative Assembly, 2023 during which sale and consumption of liquor in Military Canteen is prohibited. Prohibition is already enforced for the general public.
