The new Commissioner of Excise & Narcotics Mr. Lalhmunsanga (Pu Kawnga) take charge from Mr. Lalbiakmawia Khiangte, who was released on superannuation pension on October ni 31, 2013. Mr. Lalhmunsanga joined his office on the evening of 31st October, 2013.

           Mr. Ngurchungnunga Sailo, the newly promoted Dy.Commissioner of Excise & Narcotics also take charge on the same day.
