Dated Aizawl, the 17th Nov,2015
No. G.20011/1/2014-EXC: In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 3 of the Mizoram Liquor (Prohibition & Control) Act, 2014 and Rule 3 of the Mizoram Liquor (Prohibition & Control) Rules, 2014, the Governor of Mizoram is pleased to fix the following License Fees for establishment of Micro-brewery as a complete unit with immediate effect and until further orders:
1. Brewery and Compounding fee - Rs. 1 lakh.
2. Bottling fee - Rs. 1 lakh.
3. Bonded Warehouse - Rs. 1.5 lakhs
Total - Rs. 3.5 lakhs
(Rupees three lakhs and fifty thousand) only
