No. G.20011/1/2014-EXC : In partial modification of this Department Notification of even No. Dt. 27.1.2015, wherein the rates of various Excise Duties, fees, etc. were notified, and in the exercise of power conferred under Section 3 read with Section 67 of the ML(PC) rules, 2014, the Governor of Mizoram is pleased to increase the license fees for Bonded Warehouse and retail sale of Liquor Vendor w.e.f. 1^st April, 2017 as shown below :

No.G.20011/l/2014-EXC : In partial modification of this Department Notification of even No. dt.27.1.2015, wherein the rate of various Excise Duties, fees, etc. were notified, the liquor card fee for purchase, possession and consumption of liquor per annum is hereby reduced to Rs. 300 (three hundred) only from the existing Rs. 500 (five hundred) only per annum and renewal fee will also be Rs. 300 (three hundred) only.

No. G.20011/1/2014-EXC : In partial modification of this Department's Notification of even No. dt. 27.1.2015, wherein the rates of various Excise Duties, fees, etc. were notified, the Pass fee for BIO @ Rs 500/- per case vide sl. no. 18 should be read as, "the Pass fee for BIO @ Rs. 42/- per bottle" with immediate effect and until further orders.
