On 18th November, 2013 at 12:00 noon, the Mr. Lalhmunsanga, Commissioner of Excise & Narcotics with department officers meets the leader of Central Young Mizoram Association (CYMA), in a tea party in the Commissioner's office chamber.
Commissioner of Excise & Narcotics requested the NGOs to have a better cooperation, under the Law. In this meeting, the Department and the Central YMA concluded to have a better relation and concerted efforts in coping the present menace of drugs and liquor abuse. Besides, they also decided to have a joint operation during the coming General Election and christmas and new year festival.
The meeting was attended by all the Office Bearers of Central YMA and Excise & Narcotics Department's officer in the Commissionerate.
